He/she will think that you have walked through "manure" to bring them "poison'.
The languages are related but certain words should not be mixed up.

what did you think if you visit the magdeburger drugstore müller, and in the left corner is a huge sign on this is written in big letters "bad shop"

ok german people knows, in this corner you can buy bath supplies but english people buy in this corner some "gifts" :-)

You are correct Zing. I never go to Walmart, except when I'm in Montana visiting my sister, and now I know why, it's a Bad store.
