What is this stuff?

My job is to keep the showroom up to date and looking good. The main problem with that is that the chain of command is weak and 3 different people are ordering materials separately without any planning or coordination. The material arrives, I unpack it and ask the showroom manager what he wants to do with it, he doesn't know because he didn't order it, but I should do something with it. Today I got 4 shipments of new display material. My office is also a store room for Files and resource material and decorations for the showroom. it's getting a little cramped in here and nobody knows just what it is that I'm supposed to do with this stuff. Am I talking in circles here? Welcome to my world where no one knows what I'm doing, me least of all.
