Major Conservative Blogger Defects From Right Wing: I Can't Take The Hatred
This is something of a shocker. Charles Johnson, author of the very popular conservative blog Little Green Footballs, has announced that he can no longer endure the hate of the right wing and is leaving the movement. Johnson's manifesto:Why I Parted Ways With The Right
1. Support for fascists, both in America (see: Pat Buchanan, Robert Stacy McCain, etc.) and in Europe (see: Vlaams Belang, BNP, SIOE, Pat Buchanan, etc.)
2. Support for bigotry, hatred, and white supremacism (see: Pat Buchanan, Ann Coulter, Robert Stacy McCain, Lew Rockwell, etc.)
3. Support for throwing women back into the Dark Ages, and general religious fanaticism (see: Operation Rescue, anti-abortion groups, James Dobson, Pat Robertson, Tony Perkins, the entire religious right, etc.)

The insanity that the rightwing is, is growing more insane every day.
We can only hope that the old saying is true, "give them enough rope and they'll hang themselves."
We have the same strange development over here just when you think they can´t become any more insane they come up with another total insane idea and even more strange they get stronger every day, seems like many people just cling to that conservative ideas even more when times become rougher "please give us more of that madness that didn´t work" instead of open minds and fresh thinking it´s always the old conservative madness ... and yes i hope the thing about the ropes works out ;)
